Raja) sebagai inhibitor alami korosi pada besi oleh air laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 6 perlakuan pemberian ekstrak kulit pisang raja dengan konsentrasi berbeda-beda yang meliputi P0, P1, P2, P3, P4 dan P5 dengan 4 kali ulangan pada setiap perlakuan. Faktor yang diukur sebagai parameter dalam penelitian ini adalah laju korosi selama 20 hari yang diukur pada hari ke 5, 10, 15 dan 20. PEMBERIAN HORMON PMSG+AD MELALUI PAKAN DENGAN DOSIS YANG BERBEDA UNTUK PEMATANGAN GONAD IKAN DEPIK (RASBORA TAWARENSIS)

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis hormon PMSG + AD yang efektif dalam mempercepat kematangan gonad induk betina ikan depik (Rasbora tawarensis). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Balai Benih Ikan (UPTD BBI) Lukup Badak Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu perlakuan A (0 ml/kg ikan/kontrol), B (0,25ml/kg ikan), C (0,50 ml/kg ikan), D (0,75 ml/kg ikan). Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2012ABSTRAKSalah satu pengaruh yang paling kuat terhadap kinerja individu adalah sistem penghargaaan dalam organisasi, termasuk penghargaan ekstrinsik seperti pemberian pujian, honor/bonus, dan promosi jabatan, dan penghargaan intrinsik yang meliputi penyelesaian, prestasi, otonomi, pertumbuhan pribadi, kepuasan diri dan terpenuhinya kebutuhan. Motivasi merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja, baik motivasi eksternal berupa gaji, insentif, fasilitas, dan lain-lain yang pada dasarnya harus dipenuhi oleh pihak rumah sakit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian penghargaan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dengan jenis deskriptif korelatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dalam bentuk kuesioner yang terdiri dari 28 item pernyataan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari 35 responden yang menilai penghargaan dengan kategori puas, memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi sebanyak 26 orang (74,3%) dan memiliki motivasi kerja rendah berjumlah 9 orang (25,7%). Sedangkan dari 29 responden yang menilai penghargaan kategori kurang puas, memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi sebanyak 10 orang (34,5%) dan sebanyak 19 orang (65,5%) memiliki motivasi kerja rendah. Didapatkan p-value sebesar 0.003 < dari nilai ? 0,05. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pemberian penghargaan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana. Airport Policing in Pakistan: Structure, Training, and Issue

Airports are strategically and economically important installations of any country. Airports are the gateway of any country and any incidents at these gateways may harm the very aspects of a country in the comity of nations. What are the types of unlawful interferences that are faced by the aviation industry? The establishment as well as preparedness of the airport security force in Pakistan is described in the detail. The airports security is of prime importance in Pakistan because of the wave of terrorism and security situations all around the country. Airport Security Force (ASF) established in 1976, due to the 1960s and 1970s incident of terrorism in the aviation industry of the world. Security and Law and Order at the airports are maintained with the help of all the physical and electronic resources. ASF troops are well trained, equipped with latest equipment and having a reasonable deployment of female staff as well. Moreover, it has its own training academy to equip its soldiers with methods and techniques that how to protect this vital installation of aviation industry against any threat. DIVERSITY OF REEF FISH FUNGSIONAL GROUPS IN TERMS OF CORAL REEF RESILIENCES

Infrastructure development in the particular sites of  Seribu Islands as well as those in main land of Jakarta City increased with coastal population this phenomenon is likely to increase the effects to the adjacent coral waters of Seribu Islands.  Chemical pollutants, sedimentation, and domestic wastes are the common impact and threatening, the survival of coral reef ecosystem. Coral reef resiliences naturaly remained on their processes under many influences of supporting factors. One of the major factor is the role of reef fish functional groups on controling algae growth to recolonize coral juveniles. The  aim of this study to obtain data of a herbivory and other fish functional groups of reef fishes in the Pari Islands that are resilience indicators, or that may indicate the effectiveness of management actions. A conventional scientific approach on fish diversity and abundance data gathering was conducted by the underwater visual cencus. Diversity values of the reef fish functional groups, such as the abundance of individual fish including species, were collected and tabulated by classes and weighted as a baseline to understand the resilience of coral reed based on Obura and Grimsditch (2009) techniques. The results succesfully identified several fish functional groups such as harbivores (21 species), carnivores (13 species) and fish indicator (5 species) occurred in the area. Regarding the aspects of fish density and its diversity, especially herbivorous fish functional group, were presumably in the state of rarely available to support the coral reef resiliences. Resilience indices ranged from 1 (low level) to 3 (moderate level) and averages of the quality levels ranged from 227 to 674. These levels were inadequate to support coral reef recolonization

In order to meet the information needs of history, tourism, and education, existence of Museum of History and Culture in Pidie District is, therefore, urgently needed. In designing process of the museum, the theme of metaphor architecture will be adopted in composing of planning concept in order to achieve the targeted goals with the principles of metaphor architecture. A Role of Corporate Governance and Firm’s Environmental Performance: A Moderating Role of Institutional Regulations

change has become one of the biggest issue across the globe as most countries have been bearing the consequences of this phenomenon on a global scale. Countries have been drafting environmental regulations to help mitigate the environmental pollution caused by climate change. Therefore, the implications of environmental policies in various sectors of the economy are dependent on state regulations. The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of corporate governance on environmental performance. Furthermore, this study examines the impact of institutional regulations on the relationship of corporate governance and firms’ environmental performance. The data was collected from the top 120 manufacturing companies that are based in Pakistan, India, China and Bangladesh. The binary logit regression methodology was employed in this study. The results indicate that the attributes of corporate governance have a positive and significant impact on green performance. In addition, the results were also positive and significant on the moderating role of institutional regulation for corporate governance and firm performance. Hence, based on the empirical findings, this study recommends strict environmental institutional regulations to further enhance environmental performance
